Registered sell-side analysts who monitor Greencore’s stock are periodically invited to submit their financial forecasts on the web-based tool. The arithmetic average of the aggregated publicly available forecasts is known as the “Consensus” and is solely based on the estimates submitted by those analysts who choose to participate.

Vuma has had no access to Greencore’s internal budgets, forecasts or any other information which is not publicly available. Greencore does not comment on, verify or endorse individual forecasts, nor does it intend to do so in the future. The aggregated Consensus estimate is not based on Greencore’s own opinions, estimates, or forecasts. Greencore assumes no obligation to update or revise the information provided.
